Electrolux Ambassador, Scott Bridger of Bib & Tucker and May St Larder in Fremantle (WA), recently hosted fellow chef, James Viles of Biota in Bowral (NSW), on a gathering adventure around the Fremantle coast.
The chefs share a similar ethos for sustainable cooking and a passion for growing, gathering and hunting their own food.
During the trip, the duo embarked on a fishing trip with one of Scott’s favourite suppliers, Fremantle Octopus, and explored some of the chef’s secret spots off the coast of Fremantle and Rottnest Island.
