Ingredients
As many potatoes you wish to serve
2x thin wooden spoons
Enough butter to cover the potatoes
A large pinch of salt
Toppings of your choice
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C
- Place two thin wooden spoons either side of the potato
- Thinly slice the potato down to the wooden handles
- Repeat for the rest of your potatoes
- Rub the sliced potatoes with butter and salt
- Place potatoes in the oven and bake until crispy
- Remove potatoes from the oven and add the toppings of your choice! E.g grill with guanciale or get creative with crème fraiche and fresh spring onions!
