• To celebrate a centenary of Swedish thinking, Electrolux has unveiled a new-look ambassador line up; coinciding with the release of a full kitchen range in dark stainless steel.

The refreshed Electrolux line-up includes two new faces – Swedish born interior designer, Anna-Carin McNamara (ANNA CARIN design), and fashion designer turned cook and entertaining expert, Stephanie Conley (author of At Home with The Hostess) – who join existing ambassadors James Viles (Biota, NSW), Massimo Mele (Grain of the Silo, TAS), Scott Bridger (Bib & Tucker, WA) and Richard Ousby (Stokehouse Group, QLD).

With their combined knowledge, skill and expertise, the ambassadors will provide inspiration that covers every element of the home including design, style, fashion care, food, entertaining, sustainability and wellbeing.

  • Swedish interior designer, Anna-Carin McNamara, says: “Growing up in Sweden, Electrolux appliances have always been part of my life and home. Swedish design is characterised by a respect for both functionality and aesthetics – and a belief that each can be achieved without sacrificing the other. I’m really excited to be working with a like-minded company which reflects my approach to intuitive design for the home.”

Cookbook author, lifestyle and entertaining expert, Stephanie Conley, says: “My background as a fashion designer and passion for food and entertaining aligns perfectly with Electrolux’s areas of expertise. I’m also married to a Swede and I’ve absolutely fallen in love with the Swedish way of life.”

Richelle Barker, Electrolux Home Products, Director, Marketing, said, “As we celebrate 100 years of Electrolux, we are thrilled to be working with such a talented group of ambassadors. Together, they are a diverse group who can demonstrate how Swedish thinking can lead to better living in the home.”
