Held at Wildwood Hill in NSW's Southern Highlands, Electrolux ambassadors James Viles of Biota Dining and Scott Bridger of Bib & Tucker hosted a guided gathering tour followed by an exclusive dining experience.

Guest were treated to a menu sourced entirely from local ingredients across the Southern Highlands, including handpicked brassica, yabbies from the nearby creek, goat from the farm, South Coast sea urchin and oysters and locally sourced potatoes.
