Electrolux Ambassadors Scott Bridger of Bib & Tucker and May St Larder in Fremantle (WA) and James Viles of Biota in Bowral (NSW), both share a passion for foraging for wild ingredients and growing their own food.

The chefs, who are close friends, recently explored Scott’s hometown Fremantle with Scott showing James his favourite spots around the Swan River for native coastal plants, his private veggie patch where he grows delicious and seasonal produce for his two restaurants, and his home where he also practises sustainable living with his family.
