Richard Ousby’s Crispy Hasselback Potatoes | Electrolux Australia

As many potatoes you wish to serve
2x thin wooden spoons
Enough butter to cover the potatoes
A large pinch of salt
Toppings of your choice

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C
  2. Place two thin wooden spoons either side of the potato
  3. Thinly slice the potato down to the wooden handles
  4. Repeat for the rest of your potatoes
  5. Rub the sliced potatoes with butter and salt
  6. Place potatoes in the oven and bake until crispy
  7. Remove potatoes from the oven and add the toppings of your choice! E.g grill with guanciale or get creative with crème fraiche and fresh spring onions!
