Ridiculous Got the PureI9 as a mother's day gift last year, battery life for cleaning cycle was good at that time and it cleaned half my house is one shot (my house size a bit bigger than average aprox 250sqpm so not excessive). 5 months in, the machine just stopped working. Trouble shooted with Electrolux and thankfully offered a replacement. The Good Guys replaced immedidately - so happy with that. Then, following numerous automatic upgrades of software (which you cannot decline), the battery life 'changed' and is now beyond ridiculous. It now only cleans for 45mins (max) which cleans 2 areas if I am lucky - e.g. kitchen & dining room, then, takes approx 4hrs to charge so when I get home from work, only a fraction of my house has been vacuumed. 6 months on with a brand new machine, the brush roller has an issue and again, thankfully Electrolux are sending me a new brush, so hoping this works.You also cannot pause and restart the following day from where it left off. When I sent in a complaint, the very nice lady who called me back advised that this is 'normal' operation and that the cleaner is really only designed for 'small houses and apartments' . Although, now reading the Product Spec, it states Run Time: 40min (Normal) / 60min (Eco) Recharge and Resume: Recharges up to 90% in 2hr, but it takes considerably longer. This detail is not communicated to the buyer when sold the product. EXTREMELY disappointed as is it an very high priced item.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not value for money We bought this on special for $899 from from $1399 and was expecting good things. have 8 months it's a disappointment. We run the robo-vac run 3 times a week and it hardly ever cleans the full house. It gets lost very easily and doesn't return home to charge so it will just die and when you physically put it back on the charging station is thinks its finished its clean so it wont charge and go back to keep cleaning. Buy something else

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Battery life I bought this unit this week, cleans well although does miss a couple of small spots however battery only lasted for 32 square metres today which was its second run, covered lounge one bedroom kitchen and dining but has to return base before doing the other bedroom

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2 robots, 4 sets of batteries I bought 2 of these Pure i9s 7 months ago. As a vacuum, they work great but I’ve now replaced the batteries 2 times in each robot. There is something very wrong with the charging setup. I kid you not, we setup the first robot 4 weeks before the second robot, the batteries died in the second robot 4 weeks after they died in the first robot. The same has repeated itself today, the batteries have died again in the second robot 4 weeks and 1 day after they died in the first robot! Electrolux, its great that you replaced the batteries under warranty each time, but I want my money back. I don’t won’t to be buying batteries every 3 months after the warranty runs out. Cheers

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Scratches timber floors badly over time Have been using this for 8 months. Circular scratches are etched onto our hardwood timber floors throughout the home where the robot spins when deciding where to go next.
