You can alter your subscription any time by logging in to your Electrolux account and select your preferred frequency. This will be activated immediately. Your next filter replacement will be adjusted automatically.
We’ll send you a notification email 7 days before the next scheduled Auto-Delivery. The charge to your credit card will be made on the day your filter is despatched.
You can cancel your subscription any time you want up to 3 days before your next scheduled Auto-Delivery. Simply log in to your Electrolux account and cancel the Auto-Delivery subscription.

Changing your credit card details is quick and easy. Just head to your account details, scroll down the page and click on the 'Replace a new card' button. Add your new card details and don't forget to save.
