A great purchase
This is the biggest and most expensive fridge purchase I have ever made. I did all of my research online. It wasn’t possible to see it in person near where I live. I wanted to get the biggest fridge possible to maximise my space. The things I love the most are the plumbed in filtered water and ice which I use a lot more than I expected. I’m drinking a lot more water which is great. And I love to be able to quickly provide guests with a glass of filtered crushed ice water as soon as they walk in the door. The top drawer can be programmed for a range of uses but I use as a snack drawer. I keep cheeses, ham, dips, grapes, berries, cherry tomatoes in the drawer. It’s so convenient. The French doors are very deep which is great for providing a clear view of and access to everything. However make sure you leave plenty of room for the doors to open. They necessarily need to stick out quite a bit because they are so deep. I’ve used the adjustable internal shelves quite a bit when entertaining and squeezing in platters and extra bottles of champagne. Only one minor negative and that is the setting up of “smart” features. I couldn’t get the app to work and connect with my fridge. I need to find time to ring someone to go through it with me. Annoying but not a dealbreaker. The delivery and installation were of a very high standard as per Appliances online usual attention to customer service. I wouldn’t buy an appliance from anyone else.

Good fridge - cheap internal fittings
We have owned this for 2 months - it works well but unfortunately the interior fittings let it down.
Refrigeration and freezing work well.
Water is fairly slow and not that cold. Ice function works well.
One big issue is the bad drawer design. One broke after a month, today the other broke in exactly the same spot - a weak point on the top corner. The drawers have a front that is clipped on (not a solid moulded drawer). There is obviously a stress point where this tiny piece joins and when pulled on it gets weak. I managed to glue the first one, thinking we must have pulled the drawer out incorrectly (if that is even possible!), but now the other has broken in exactly the same spot.
We had our previous (competitor) fridge for 12/13 years with no problems so this obviously disappointing. We also own an Electrolux freezer (4/5 yrs old) which has very solid drawers and are we very happy with it.

Ice water,Crushed Ice, Ice cubes, Great Storage!
We purchased this fabulous fridge a month ago, it has so many features to many to list here. Standouts for us would be the many adjustable shelves, fridge quietness wine and drink chiller draw (we entertain a bit) and the good sized freezer draw at the bottom. All 3 areas can be separately programmed for temperature control. Every storage place has bright LED lighting, no more dark corners.
As this unit is plumbed, there's no more filling ice trays and placing jugs of water in the fridge taking up food storage space.
In summary very nice looking fridge, well finished quality wise with a lot of practical features; and if you're a techno buff you can even connect it to your phone via an app.
Best thing is to check the fridge out yourself - very worthwhile.

I really like this fridge but find the snack drawers useless. Unfortunately the dimensions don't really give you an accurate measurement because the actual doors are really wide and I cannot open them unless I pull the fridge out. Overall I'm quite happy.
