Electrolux Partners with Australian Gas Infrastructure Group for HyHome

As the world becomes increasingly aware of the need to reduce our carbon footprint and adopt sustainable practices, the role of hydrogen gas is coming into focus as a key component of the clean energy transition. With its ability to produce zero greenhouse gas emissions when burned using hydrogen gas created from renewable resources, hydrogen gas is being explored as a potential alternative to fossil fuels in a variety of applications, including transportation and energy production. One particularly exciting area of exploration is the use of hydrogen gas in cooking appliances, such as hydrogen cooktops.

Electrolux has partnered with AGIG to launch their demo HyHome in Victoria, where the home appliances will only utilise hydrogen gas. Our concept UltimateTaste 900 Hydrogen Gas cooktop looks to future energy living.
